And how could someone else’s blog to appear in my blogs on WordPress.com?

Best to not touch it – I have flagged this for the staff to send the wayward blog back to the original owner
One “feature” of the transfer a blog function is that there is not much checking about the destination account – someone made a spelling error when trying to transfer a blog – there is no confirm email sent for blog transfers – as you found out – you can get a blog out of the blue so to speak
Your account was not hacked, if there are any users on the wayward blog they have NO access to any of your regular blogs –
If the old owner shows up you could try transferring it back to them – BUT – the staff can look at the previous owner and send the blog back for you

Wrote an editorial blog, waiting for an answer from them. Not all that well, one got such errors.
