Hello @nicolenewsomjames
Can you please let us know what is the website you are having problems with?
-
I’m asking because this site (https://nicolenewsomjames.wordpress.com) seems to have NO content.
-
Looking at your domain (http://www.spiritsensellc.com/), I see that this is not hosted on WordPress.com, but on Pipedns. What this tells us is that you are WordPress.org user, not a WordPress.com user.
This forum is dedicated only to the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
WordPress.org is the self-hosted version of WordPress.com. To learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, check this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The support forums for WordPress.org can be found here: https://wordpress.org/support/. Feel free to follow the link and create a new support request, like you did here.
Hope this helps!

Ok, all of this is new to me since I lost my web guy.
If I am understanding you correctly.
WordPress.org is the free version and
WorPress.com is paid support? Is it easy to transition to WordPress.com even though I already have a website set up?
-
Here is some more information about that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
You should be able to transfer your site over here with no problem.
-
WordPress.com can be a free service or a paid plan if you want to benefit of specific features that you can see listed here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Taking into consideration that you already have a custom domain, you would need to point that here, so you would need at least the Personal plan.
-
You can also find more information on domain mapping over here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

ok, I purchased a subscription from WP.com now I need to take my website http://www.SpiritSenseLLC.com to WP.com but the button to add it is not doing so
-
Can you please check this link I am giving you now, as it has the complete information you would need to follow: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/view-all/
Please let me know if this helps in any way of if it still doesn’t work and you need more support going forward!
