Someone hacked my WordPress and now the SMS is going to the wrong phone

  I need help accessing my wordpress blog http://www.faithtdavies.wordpress.com. I was hacked on a lot of my accounts and I had to change my password except the SMS is not going through to the correct phone. I had to change my phone number as well and I need to access my blog account. I don’t have the backup codes and I really need to get onto my blog.
