someone has opened an account in our name and need it cancelled!

after discovering that the gentleman doing our SEO had taken huge liberties and used some very dodgy techniques we decided to make a new site and start again and manage the process ourselves. However it seems he has made a whole new wordpress site just for seo (black hat) reasons. We urgently want to close this page as its very confusing to our customers, especially since we are starting the site from scratch and this wordpress page appears more highly than our real page. I am unable to contact the gentleman now as he is based in India we think.
