Someone has taken over our Site

  Someone who is no longer a part of our company has taken over our site.. We are a small business and the owner was basically cut out of all the set up of the site but he paid for it and we are trying to get control of it back. I am the owner’s Executive Assistant and am trying to assist him in this to get control back. Thank you for any help you can provide.
