Today around 12.30 my site went haywire while i was working on it.. Just working away when i got a white screen of hell.

Log out, log back in… open my wp admin console.. i go to open my page… everything i did was GONE from the entire morning – I saved at every step..

Lot out, log back… wp admin console goes into a white screen of hell.

Clear browser cache – log in.. I can now get to my wp admin – disable all my plugins. still can’t edit a page.

Log out, log back in… my pages are back to my most recent edit – thats a plus.

Reenable my plugins one by one.. no issue.. until one of the shortcodes I use no longer works. No matter what I try.

Oh.. and my log is still filling up with constant WP_Cache errors.

Tried the chat feature – absolutely zero help with no human available. I coulen’t email through the chat, because the “continue” button was grayed out.. How can i get HELP!

4 hours – no “if we can’t get back to you, we’ll follow up with an email”.. no human availablel.

    arghhh.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Resolved!

I was able to get in touch with a Happiness Engineer and tis issue is now resolved. How frustrating, but they took care of it. I am now working on my build out again and cross fingers I don’t run into any issues.

The main issue was caused by an installed plugin. The Engineer shared with me information on plugins that were not compatible with the site – so thankful for this information.

They also shared some kowledge information on building things out. Much appreciated!
