Someone is inserting advertisement hyperlinks to my blog

  I am finding random hyperlinks have been inserted into my blog that when you hover or click pops up “Search Assist” advertisements for a variety of services. They disappear and reappear. This is annoying and invasive. I purchased the Premium Package to avoid the annoyance of advertisements for my readers. How do I block this activity?!!!!!!
