    Someone is logging into my sites and creating admin accounts

    Hi there,

    This is regarding the site melluccia.com, correct? I see no history of admins being added to that site from our end.I also checked fashionartbeauty.org and do not see anything from that site either.

    Is there another site that you are referring to that is not tied to this account?

    I will also say that these are self-hosted WordPress.orgs that are connected via the Jetpack plugin (which is why I can see your admin statuses). However, there is a limit in what we can see from this end since the site is not hosted with us. You should seek help at these forums:

    Hi melluccia,

    Suggest that
    1. Change your admin password to longer and more complex password.
    2. Do a scan in your computer for backdoor or keylogger.
    3. Clear your browsing cache often.
    4. Don’t use “Remember my password” option.

    Security can be tricky so we have to be extra careful with username and password.
