Someone is posting on my blog without my permission. How can this be prevented?

  I have two WordPress blogs: My original WordPress blog is/was Lewp’s Weblog at http://lewp.wordpress.com/ . It seems there is someone in China that actually posts to my blog about their photography business. I have tried changing my password for that blog and he always comes back to post on my blog. Isn’t there a way to prevent this? Please e-mail me at lewp@@lewpblog.com thanks!

  Is he making actual posts? Or just commenting on existing posts/pages?
