Someone is stilling my stuff through ping backs

  How do I disable ping backs? this site is https://www.tucsonbiofeedback.com/ is stealing all my blogs. How do I stop this?

  Thank you rootjosh! What you sent is very appreciative, and I disabled the pingbacks as per the instructions.
  I also contacted the website that was publishing the full content of my articles and told them to delete any content belonging to my wordpress.com. They have complied.
