  • Hi there!

The email you shared is only used on the account from which you’re reaching out, and there are no WordPress.com sites under it.
What is the full address of at least one of those pages?
Are the emails coming from WordPress.com, WordPress, or do they look like messages sent via the contact form?

It’s seems like if it’s not from WordPress directly, it looks like from people who’s trying to get in touch with this pages. At the end of the emails says
“This email was sent from a contact form on NBA sport daily news (https://myhorseracingblog.com

  • That site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostwinds.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

It’s possible they may have just typo’ed the email address on the contact form.

I recommend reaching out to them via the email address they have listed at https://myhorseracingblog.com/contact-us/
