Someone is using my identity to start a blog – how can I shut them down?

    I have just noticed a new blog pop up posting similar articles to what I have been doing for the past five years, their contact information matches my own, and it even links to my Goodreads page. I am concerned that someone has stolen my identity – what steps can I take to shut this blog down and stop this from happening again?
