Someone is using my legal business name in there free blog, who do I contact ?

  Hello, Iam new here and very upset to find someone is using my domain name and business name and same business model in there blog here. Thius is complete confusion for my customers. Who do I contact to have it removed ? And..not sure but if I was do create my own blog here or add my legal domains, its preventing me from doing so also… Thanks so much for your help.

  First, you would have to prove that the name is unique in the world and that there is no possibility of anyone else anywhere in the world using that name legitimately.

  Or, you’d have to prove that whoever is using it is doing so with the intent to confuse your customers and cost you business.

  yes, I have it registered and all the tdls and there are using it as a hobby or scam ?
