Someone is using my photo as their profile image

The site https://schmorgasboard.wordpress.com/, which is a site I used to run, is using a photo of me as their profile photo.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com Terms of Service Staff have authority to act only when copyright infringement on a site hosted by wordpress.com is in evidence and has been reported to them by way of a DMCA notice. https://en.support.wordpress.com/our-dmca-process/
Complaints like this one are not dealt with here on the public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases and their authority applies to blogs hosted by WordPress.COM, not to any others.

Thank you for that incredibly unhelpful and irrelevant information. Someone else is using my photo of my face for their website. Please tell me, how is anything you posted relevant to this situation?
By the way, I already went to the Help page and found nothing helpful there, either. That’s why I clicked “Contact Us,” which led me to forums, not actual WP assistance. Direct me to WP CS; that will be helpful.

@pandorazbox80 – timethief is an experienced forum volunteer and has given you the correct information for going the DMCA route.
Perhaps it sounds naive, but since you say you used to run that site, have you tried contacting them directly to remove/change the Blavatar photo? When someone transferred to me a site they owned, they hadn’t removed their previous posts and media. Perhaps in your case, the Blavatar was simply overlooked (which is easy enough to do).

And if it isn’t the Blavatar (Blog Avatar) you are referring to, please indicate where you see your photo. I didn’t find any other photo on the site (which currently has one post).
