Hello! In a blog hosted by wordpress.com someone is writing very bad things about other people. I want to get in touch with wordpress to inform about this. I haven’t found a contact form or an e-mail adress on this site. Can someone please help me?

If in fact you are in any way shape or form personally named and defamed in that blog you have a leg to stand on. In that case these matters are not dealt with on public forums. They are dealt with by direct communication with Staff.
Then, if and only if you have a leg to stand on, and it appears that you do not, you contact law enforcement and an attorney, and make a report through the correct channels to our Terms of Service Staff. Please read these so you know how to proceed:

1) People always write nasty things about other people on the internet. That is, in part, what it is FOR.
2) WordPress.com will not take any action unless the things written are illegal or actionable AND you are taking legal action or appear about to.
3) WordPress.com will only take action as above on sites hosted here at WordPress.com, not on blogs using WordPress.org software.
