Someone keeps rating our blog posts low

  everytime we release a blog post, someone gives it a low star rating. Can we see who is doing this? Or is it best to remove the star rating?

  Can you share how you add those ratings? Are you adding a Ratings block or are you inserting a ratings shortcode or is it added elsewhere automatically?
