someone kept harrassing me while I am building a website

  I need to delete and restart a new website. I do not know why it is generating two sites for change4dinesmall.wordpress.com it should not have the ‘wordpress’ in the domain. Please delete account as I suspect someone is trying to drive my web traffic away with manipulating my domain
