Someone logged in to our site and now its been wiped out.

    I need someone to contact me to resolve the site absence issue, we are a Govt entity and need to post occurrences for legal reasons with in time frames and cannot do that n ow.
    I also need information on our billing cycle and payment process.

    I assume you’re talking about the official city site at http://cityofelephantbutte.com rather than cityofelephantbutte.wordpress.com, which is empty.

    cityofelephantbutte.com is a self-hosted installation of the WordPress.org software rather than a WordPress.com-hosted site.
