    Please let me know what was done to my account because I can’t access my website anymore

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

    This account has never created or owned any sites on WordPress.com.

    So most likely the site you’re looking for is either under a different WordPress.com username, or it’s a stand-alone WordPress website hosted somewhere else and that has no connection at all to WordPress.com.
