Someone logged into my website

I had an email notification that someone registered as a user on my website. The email link was as follows
(email visible only to moderators and staff)I have since turned on two factor authentication. How do I know if my site security has been compromised? Thank you

If you’re not expecting people to register on your site, you can switch off an option under your WP Admin settings, in Settings > General, which is “Anyone can register”. WordPress.org has information about it here:
