Someone logged into my website

    I had an email notification that someone registered as a user on my website. The email link was as follows
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I have since turned on two factor authentication. How do I know if my site security has been compromised? Thank you

    http://mumsteachingmums.com/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:

    To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com.     That said, it sounds they registered as a subscriber. If you’re not expecting people to register on your site, you can switch off an option under your WP Admin settings, in Settings > General, which is “Anyone can register”. WordPress.org has information about it here:
