someone please help me, I get no response in a timely manner if I only have so much time for changes

  My domain and host is through godaddy. I wanted to use wordpress for blog and a website. the issue is the domain in wordpress has an extra .com in it and it is incorrect. the extra .com needs to be removed or it will not link to my page. I have tried it links with the incorrect name and not the one it is suppose to be. I shoud be able to remove the .com and keep the rest the same but it wont let me and hasnt since I saw this was incorrect and the reason for the error name. I didnt purchase it from wordpress and I will not purchase my correct name when i have an incorrect name on my page, I am a single mother and didn’t have the money for this never mind purchasing the correct link to my page. someone please help this is the second message and I cant find a way to contact support straight which is very inconvenient to me. when i get an answer it will be you only have a window to change it…..can i get a number or a limk straight to customer service because waiting for an answer in the forum is crazy and now i am stuck and I worked too hard to loose what i have as a page seeing this is the first time creating one. please help asap
