Someone stole my identity

And is using my pictures and information to post on my old url, snaxandsexandthecity.com. I need help urgently.

(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

snaxandsexandthecity.com looks like it was registered here at WordPress.com a few years ago. But the last renewal was on 2014-05-04 and it appears to now be registered at http://www.NameBright.com.
So I’m afraid it doesn’t look like there is much WordPress.com staff can do for you.
