  If someone was able to create this site using your email address, it means they have full access to your email and possible your computer, smartphone, …
  You can close this account, https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/.
  But more important if not the most important: check your computer, smartphone, … for mallware and spyware, and thighten security of your email address by changing it to a very strong password and activating two step authentication if available.

  You can use https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see if your password(s) have been leaked on the web — it looks like this indeed is the case.

  To start, I suggest changing your email password and setting up Two-Step Authentication (2SA).

  As @staartmees noted, you can then either delete the site or close your account.
