  The site you are referring to is a self-hosted site hosted on GoDaddy.com , not on WordPress.com

  This public forum is for providing support for sites hosted on WordPress.com only.

  Even though you have a self-hosted site, you can still receive community support on WordPress.ORG support forum for WordPress.org software related issues.
