Something is wrong with my premium plan I just paid for

On 11 December I paid $158.40 to Wp*wordpress Uyj831A for a Premium Plan and $158.40 was successfully and definitely taken out of my account.
- On this day, I started making the website using Koinonia theme (with a pug picture on the template) and was in the editor section looking at how to use the features.
- I also have the registered domain mediivend.com.au and was making it point to the WordPress site in WordPress settings and it said the status was pending.
- Since that day I have only accessed the WordPress courses page and not edited my site.
Last night (Monday 15 December), I went onto WordPress and everything is gone and different. My site that I was editing, the pending domain and entire account is gone. It now says I’m on a free plan, that domain I was connecting is nowhere to be found and there’s just a weird site remaining on my account that’s using the ‘Hello World’ template.
When I go into all old URLS in my Google history to access where I was on 11 December, it’s like it’s reset and i’m on a free plan and everything is gone.
When I explained all of this to your AI Support Assistant, they said:

Yet when I say yes, it responds with:
“It sounds like you want to talk to a human. Human support is only available for our paid plans. For community support, visit our forums:”
