Something strange is happening after editing the blog

    I added several new pages today. One with content. Not dissimilar to other pages I have on the blog. I individually dragged media to the slideshows on the page to get the proper order desired. At some point, I found I could no longer go back out and select the media page. It tried to come up, then went white. Refresh did nothing. At this point I couldn’t get other pages from the edit menu to display, either. So I went back in from the beginning. I went to the page that I figured created the problem, choosing edit slideshow and then was able to clear the added items from Media. Repeated for each slideshow (4). Retried access to media page. No luck. Then after reentry, I went in and deleted the slideshows (which were still showing images, though they appeared to be gone from the media library.). Decided to delete the page.

    Problem still exists. Can’t get a visual on the media page. Don’t understand this at all.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    BTW, I believe I did a final complete delete of the page in question.

    Hi there,

    By “Media page”, do you mean the media library at My Site ->Media, or to a page on your site titled “Media”?

    I’m able to access your media library without any problems, so if that’s what you can’t access the problem is most likely with your browser.

    Please clear your browser cache, and if that doesn’t help, see if you’re able to access it if you log into an incognito browser tab or if you use a completely different browser.

    Let us know what happens.
