  Why did my plan suddenly disappear and a refund occurred when I didn’t do it?

  Hi there,

  Our logs show your account cancelled your upgrades on 9 December at 12:14 UTC.

  If you didn’t do this, then someone with access to your username account did. If you use a shared computer, make sure to completely log out of your account and delete all browser cookies every time you leave it. If you suspect someone else might have access to your account, please change your password immediately, and also enable two-step authentication for your account:

  Enable Two-Step Authentication

  Also do the same on your email account.

  Your domain, unnesukma.com, has since been released, so if you still want it, you should be able to register it again as a new domain.
