‘Something went wrong’

After I select a plan, I’m always brought to a page reading ‘Something went wrong’. I’ve tried around five times already.

This is usually a web browser issue. Can you please try clearing your browser’s cache by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache ?
If that still doesn’t fix the issue, you might also want to try using a different browser.

You have a suspended site in your account. Accounts with suspended sites cannot create any new sites on WordPress.com.
