Something went wrong

    I paid for a personal account. I wanted to upgrade and made the upgrade. But I changed my mind. I undid the upgrade by asking my money back but now my plan is on free. not on personal. I am still paying for personal but I can’t see it on my site anymore (under my plan). Did something go wrong? And how can I have a personal plan again without paying twice?

    Sorry to see that your thread hasn’t been answered.

    I have added the modlook tag to your thread. This is how we get the attention of the staff and they can assist you with your concern, as it has to do with billing and volunteers can’t assist with these issues.

    To clarify, you started with a Personal account, opted to upgrade it to Premium, then asked for that to be refunded hoping to revert back to Personal; however, this didn’t occur?

    Staff will review your post in due time, response times are a bit slower, as they were away at a company wide event.

    Thank you so much for noticing my question and helping out by tagging it.
    Yes you are absolutely right. I had a personal account, then opted for a premium account but asked my money back. However something must have gone wrong because I lost my personal account as well. In order to get my personal account back I had to pay again.
    In the end, I did pay again, in order to get the personal back. I have now paid $48 twice instead of once. Which means I paid $98 in total for a personal account (all in one week). I don’t have that much money to spend so I asked for a solution here on the forum.
    Hopefully someone of the staff can help me out.
