Something went wrong error

    Hello, I just purchase the WordPress hosting plan. And have my URL changed from https://roccostires.wordpress.com to https://roccostires.com
    However, as I want site functionalities like install plugins, it logs me out and it says, “Something went wrong. Visit site admin”

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    It appears that the Jetpack plugin, which is what allows you to access the site via WordPress.com, has been either disconnected or disabled. I’m guessing this happened when you migrated another site using the All-In-One WP Migration plugin – that would have overwritten the database tables, removing information the site needs to work correctly on WordPress.com, which is why we don’t recommend using that plugin to migrate sites to WordPress.com.
