‘Something went wrong’ error message

    I’ve been trying to select the free plan for days now but everytime it says ‘Something Went Wrong’ When I select a plan. I’ve gone through the forums for help but nothing has worked yet.
    Here’s what I’ve tried: Clearing my cache, using different browsers, using an incognito tab, and still the error persists. Although I’m trying to sign up for the free account it gives me the error for any price selection plan.
    Here’s what’s happening step by step.

    I’ve registered and activated my account.
    Then “create site”.
    continue
    Choose a Domain.
    skip for now
    continue
    Choose a Design.
    I chose “Rivington” and accepted the default values
    continue
    Which Features will you need?
    skip for now
    Select a plan
    I chose the free plan, and clicked “Select”
    A page briefly displays that says “Building your site” step 1 of 2
    and then it’s replaced with “Something went wrong”, please contact our support team.

    Please help and thank you for your time.
