Something went wrong. How to Fix?

We’ve contacted the server hosting provider and theme creator, but the issue still occurs regularly, sometimes multiple times in a week.
This is significantly impacting our customers who want to place an order but are prevented from proceeding further. At this point, our best course of action is to regularly monitor the site say checking once every 3 hours, as if we were customers, by clicking on any product manually and checking if the screenshot page allows us to proceed to the next page.
If the issue persists, the solution is to log in to the server hosting dashboard/panel to manually restart the server. If the issue persists even after the server restart, we can try pressing a button called “purge site cache” to see if that resolves the issue.
Do you have any suggestions that could help us identify the root cause of the problem? We can’t continue with this manual checking every 3 hours a day.
We would be greatly appreciated if anyone could guide us or suggest any possible tips and solutions.

I’ve checked it, and the site wagyuyalife.com.au is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
