  Hi , I’ve been having form submission errors.
  The error is : Something went wrong while submitting form through AJAX request. Please contact site administrator. ( using ” User registration plugin)
  I tried ” Forminator plugin” still the same .
  
  Your help would be appreciated.

  Did you refer to sachildcare.net as the website where you’re experiencing the issue? If so, it looks like you’re using self-hosted WordPress, not WordPress.com.

  Therefore, it’s recommended to open a support ticket at the following URL for WordPress.org support.

  Alternatively, you can open a support ticket on the WPForms support forum directly via the following URL. However, the form appears to be working fine on my end when I checked from the Contact Us page. Have you checked it recently? If not, please check and let me know if it works for you.
