Something wrong!

I just logged on to my site to add some content and it says that I have no content, even though I have 152 posts… I cant add anything, it won’t save anything. and there is a red circle with an exclamation mark up on the top left hand corner near my blog name. that says something like ‘ delete this site?’ please help!! what might have happened and how might i fix this please !!! thank you!
