Something wrong with my profile gravatar
-
On my blog…the picture for my gravatar doesn’t show up as the one I have uploaded…instead this embarrassing cartoon boy. I have spent hours trying get to fix. Disconnected and reconnected wordpress.com from my site. Re-uploaded my pic. And it still isn’t working right. I have screenshots to illustrate the problemail but don’t know how to send them to support people.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you give me a link to where the cartoon boy is displayed, or describe where you see it exactly?

Again…it is only on mobile…very weird.

Can you head to this page — http://www.wanderingredhead.com/wp-admin/profile.php — and make sure you’ve entered the email address you have tied to the ‘csaradar’ WordPress.com account?

Ok…I did as you asked. The email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)…..not sure what you’re wanting me to do exactly. I logged in and once again that cartoon picture I dislike and it says…to change your picture go to gravatar…and like I’ve done a zillion times I went to gravatar and my regular picture is there. If I could just send you a picture maybe you would understand the problem.

This is really quite strange. Can you try temporarily switching to another theme that uses a Gravatar, or add a Gravatar widget to your sidebar to see what shows up?
Unfortunately there’s not much we can do on our end, since your site isn’t hosted here. But at this point, I suspect it’s a theme issue. Let me know if this helps!
