Something wrong with the WYSIWYG

  I recently installed WordPress on my server. However, the WYSIWYG editor isnt showing even though I have ‘Visual’ selected as the display option in the Text Editor.

  This has been like this ever since I installed it. This is very strange to me but I would appreciate it if any of you could help me out here.
