Somethings are missing on my dashboard

  I’m a newmember,and I wonder why my Dashboard don’t have these words;
  “Turbo”, “Plugins”, and “Other word press news”?
  Did I do something wrong?

  In my blog, My dashboard module is missing. I cant able to see my moderator, latest commemnts.Even i cant able to summit anything. wat is the problem..
