sometimes, i almost get it

    hi, i’m trying to customize travels with evelyn. oh, if wendy woudstra could see how i’ve frakked up her pretty theme…anyway, i’ve been trying to work in dreamweaver and sometimes i’m successful in tweaking it! but now, i would like to make the whole page larger (to 960px wide -see how i made the header that big? yay me!) and scoot the sidebar over and give it a white background. i’ve tried and tried and now i’m discouraged. can anyone help? my site is lisamertins.com.
