damn. I loved this widget because I could use music for mood.
Anyone using the sonific widget at wordpress is suppose to remove it

my plea to the powers of wordpress.com:
Please make a new widget available for music. A player what ever.
I cant possibly fathom having a blog without music of some sort. I feel so incomplete.

Does anybody know a HTML music widget to replace the sonific?
I will happily return to Sonific if is up and running again,
but for now… any ideas for a widget/player that will work for wordpress.com that will autoplay a song or two ,– I would much appreciate.

So now what? Sonific is gone, will you replace it with another free music option to add as a widget in our sidebars? Please do. It’s a really nice feature to be able to hear music when viewing a WordPress blog. In fact, I have friends who want to switch to WordPress but won’t because there is no free music! Thanks.

Is there any way to use the SeeqPod widget on WordPress? I like that a lot but cannot get it to work at WordPress. Here it is on one of my non-WordPress blogs: http://neddy.blogsome.com/2008/01/25/my-playlists/
In addition, Del.icio.us has a nifty PlayTagger for MP3 files, but again I don’t know how to load the script for it into WordPress.com: http://del.icio.us/help/playtagger

Right now, looks like people are using their Last.fm or Project Playlist playlist or the Odeo podcast.
