sony vaio reset factory settings feature forgot pasword?

  First time ever to blog. So please be kind. I just bought a used Sony Vaio ( PCG FRV35 ) It has a factory reset feature but is password protected. I am administrator,but it dosent matter. it wont reset. ( HELP )!!! The regstry is corrupt to the CDRW-rom. The device manager show’s it,even install’d new driver, but that’s as far as I get. any suggestions ???

  to go to the Sony, website and acquire there for support.

  Here’s a tip Google your issue some out has wrote a work around for your
  issue. Just remember Google is your best friend. :-)
