  Having ignored the first email, I received a second email with the below message. 1. I have my domain through register.com, so why am I receiving this message? My domain, through register.com, is NOT about to expire, so how can I get wordpress to stop sending this false message? 2. If I wanted to upgrade (which I tried to do once), I can’t b/c I can’t eliminate the price in Swedish currency. I created the site in Sweden (on vacation), but I live in the U.S., not Sweden.

  Hey there –

  I’ve updated the account to be in USD so that’s not a problem for you going forward. Looking closer at things I can see that you had a domain connection enabled which expires 2023-04-16. If the domain isn’t being hosted through us at WordPress.com then you can let that expire. You can also manage and cancel upgrades at any point from your account by clicking on My Sites – Upgrades.
