SOPA theme

  For wp.com users (who can’t use the plugin seen here:)
  http://extrafuture.com/sopa-strike-wordpress-plugin/
  Would WP make a theme that would be blacked out except for some text maybe saying, “Protest SOPA http://sopastrike.com/”? I’d just switch themes on Tuesday night and switch back later.

  By changing the theme again again is it effects on the google rank or not .

  No. Changing a theme does not automatically affect Google rank or stats!
