    Hi!

    I just bought a domain called graphik.al

    I have changed DNS server names (in the admin console of the site where I purchased the domain) to the following:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    This has gone through and “saved”.

    I’m trying to map my new domain and graphik.al to “Map an Existing Domain” it gives me the error in the title

    Hi!

    Apologies for the issue you are facing. WordPress.com seems to be having some issues with mapping some TLDs (like .al or .ie for instance). Not to worry though, WordPress.com staff members can easily resolve the issue for you. :) I’m tagging this post for staff support.     Hello @charliedotjpeg!

    I’ve mapped the domain for you and set it to expire in a few days. Before then could you go in and renew it for the full year?

    Then you can set your custom domain as the primary address for your site here:

    http://graphiksite.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

    Select your domain from the list, and then click the “Update Primary Domain” button to save the change.
