  Hi,

  I have mapped sean.heelan.ie and it seems to work fine. However if I try to also map heelan.ie I get the error message in the title. I’m fairly sure I’ve followed the steps in the documentation at https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain correctly, so if I could get some help it would be massively appreciated. I’ve actually already setup nsX.wordpress.com as the nameservers for the domain at the domain’s registrar, so I’m fairly sure that’s not the problem.

  Hi there,

  I was able to map heelan.ie for you. You’ll still need to do a few things:

  1) Purchase the subscription here by renewing:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  2) If you haven’t done so already, point the domain to our name servers:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  3) After giving that a few hours to take effect, set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains
