  Hello, a few dayss ago, I purchased the Business plan. I quickly realized it was more robust than what I needed for my new small business. I cancelled the plan and was hoping to go back to the Personal plan, but I’m getting this error: Sorry that plan is not compatible with this site.
  
  My domain is still attached, I’m not sure what the problem is.

  Hi there!

  Since you activated the Business plan features on your site, we need to revert the site fully so that it’s compatible with the Personal plan.

  Doing this will take the site back to the state it was in before you upgraded to the Business plan. Are you okay with us proceeding with the revert?
