  I want to downgrade from the Business plan to the Personal plan but I am getting the error ‘Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.’. I have deleted all plugins. The domain I need help with is https://smbchildrenslibrary.wpcomstaging.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I dont have live support as I first cancelled my Business plan, I am on the Free plan hence no live support. From the Free plan I was to now upgrade to the Personal plan but it is giving me the error ‘Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.’

  Thanks it got resolved by live support like you guided. I didnt need a Business plan for that.
