  Downgraded from a business plan and now I cant go back to my personal premium plan. Subject error. Please help, wordpress team.

  You can’t just downgrade and upgrade again. you must wait untill a Staff member is available.

  how long does it take for a staff member to reset my account so I can move to the premium plan?
