  Hello,

  I have not been receiving new blog posts to my email for
  http://comicbookinvest.com. I thought going through my WordPress account might fix the issue. I ‘unfollowed’ the blog and I try to follow, I get the error message in the title.

  For reference, it’s the only blog I follow (followed).

  Hey there, I see the same error. I noticed the site loads in https, but the error message mentions HTTP and I’d bet there’s some weird redirect happening. Just as a few troubleshooting steps for starting:

  • Can you check your site settings > general > site URL to ensure you’re specifying https there?
  • If you’re using Jetpack, can you reconnect that after confirming the site URL?
  • If you’re not using Jetpack, can you let us know? It looks like there’s a connection associated with http://comicbookinvest.com.

  We’ll go from there.

  I checked this site, and it’s not hosted on WordPress.com. I’m afraid we won’t be able to help with this issue.

  💡 Furthermore, I do suggest contacting the site owners and letting them know about this issue: https://comicbookinvest.com/about-us/.

  Since they have a self-hosted WordPress site (it’s not managed by WordPress.com), they will have to check their site and mail server configuration for any issues which may have caused their new post email notifications not to work properly.
