  Same problem here. Simple upload of .jpg file and getting:

  Or has .jpg or .png upload been disabled for free accounts?

  .jpg and .png image types are supported on all plans, so we’ll need to look in to why you are seeing the message. I was able to successfully upload a .jpg to your Media Library, which suggests this is a file specific issue rather than something wrong with your site.
