  I’m trying to upload photos that I’ve downloaded from my icloud library (images are in jpg or HEIC form), I’ve already downloaded and installed the WP Add Mime Types plugin and its still giving me the error ‘Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons’

  Please help!

  Hello,

  I had that same message on wordpress.com when trying to upload a podcast in both .mp3 and .wav
  the content, including music, is all CC licensed.
  happen to know more?
  any help would be appreciated. thanks!

  @zurdezas you can’t upload audiofiles on a free wordpress.com website. To do so you must upgrade to a paid plan, https://wordpress.com/support/audio/
